We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully designed, new and very clean — everything felt fresh and thoughtfully put together. The space was not only stylish but also really comfortable and functional. The location is perfect, near bars and restaurants, as well as, most importantly, right next to the Alpe Adria cycling route, which made it ideal for our biking adventures. There is a perfect bike storage at the property - available for the guests! Kevin, the host, was absolutely great — super friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend! We will come back, for sure!

We just stayed the night here on our Alpe Adria Cycling trip. It was just recently built and you can tell it was a labour of love! It’s beautifully designed, new and very clean The space was not only stylish but also really comfortable and functional. The location is perfect, near bars and restaurants, as well as, most importantly, right next to the Alpe Adria cycling route. There is bike storage at the property and laundry machine to clean our dirty cycling gear! There are lawn chairs for star gazing which we enjoyed. Kevin, the host, was great— super friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to questions . We were greeted with wine and sent off with delicious brioche. Highly recommend! We will come back, for sure!

The views of the mountains and surrounding charming town, shops and restaurants of Tarvisio were exceptional & breathtaking! Your place gets a 10+ on cleanness, so immaculate, wonderfully decorated, modern, luxurious and practical. Our studio had everything we needed to feel well taken care of. We were truly impressed with everything your place offers, from a wonderful atmosphere you created to the location and the wonderful details you poured with so much passion into this place, you do such a wonderful job Kevin! Your place is lovely decorated with modern mountain cabin like touches, giant TV and we loved your bottle of local wine you gifted to us upon arrival along with the cute wooden heart shaped keychain charm. Thank you for your hospitality, you go above and beyond for your guests, as demonstrated by the two fresh Brioches for breakfast you brought in the morning from your local bakery, absolutely delicious along with your Nespresso Coffee. How sweet and kind of you. We especially loved the outside seating area of your place. We had dinner at one of the local restaurants you recommended and absolutely loved it, delicious food! We enjoyed the wonderful free classical music concert in the town center, what a treat and also visited the 2 fabulous lakes and attractions you recommended! Breathtaking! Thank you again for your kind and very professional hospitality, you provide a super special authentic place & wonderful hosting.
