We stayed two nights in a double room with a B&B option. The room was very welcoming and warm, impeccably clean. The breakfast was plentiful, with a daily dessert. I think it's family-run; I find the staff to be competent and friendly. Thanks to the attentiveness and kindness of Sonia, the staff member. The price was fair. We'll definitely be back.

We went to New Year's Eve dinner. The food was average, the staff helpful, and the atmosphere elegant. Unfortunately, the menu didn't match the one advertised online, which had led us to book. The eagerly awaited venison roast was missing! The paper menus presented at the table were cleverly altered, and when we asked for clarification, we received no response. This attitude shows a lack of professionalism; it's a shame they lost a customer.

Terrible experience at this bar and restaurant. A grumpy, middle-aged lady at the bar asked for a spritz and a glass of red wine, and was given an orange drink in a plastic cup, without ice or orange, with a taste that couldn't be described as a spritz. Not even a street stall makes a drink like it. They even wanted to serve the wine in a plastic cup. When I asked for ice and orange and for the wine to be served in a glass, the lady serving me arrogantly told me to go break the glasses or goblets as soon as I arrived, and if I didn't like it, I should leave. In fact, I didn't want the spritz anymore. This kind of welcome in this area makes it very clear that tourists are not welcome. Closer to Turin and much more welcoming in Ala di Stura if you want to go to the mountains in the winter.
