We don't really need a top review anymore, but we'd like to thank you anyway. We were hiking the Jura Höhenweg in August 2025 and enjoyed the hospitality of Beatrice and her partner; we can confirm all the positive reviews. It was almost like staying with friends, and it's a shame to move on after just one night. Best wishes from the Black Forest, Hannelore and Christian.

A cow alp owned by the Canton of Bern with 150 cattle and dairy cows, managed by Alpine farmer Beatrice with the help of her partner. Simple rooms, awakened in the morning by the wailing of pubescent bulls. Everything was very clean. Beatrice was super nice! We felt transported back to our childhood on the farm. A restaurant nearby rounds out the romantic and high-quality offering. We'd be happy to return, Beatrice!

A romantic, beautiful, and clean B&B below the Chasseral Pass. Beatrice, the hostess, is very friendly and helpful and also knows great tips for a hearty dinner nearby. If I could give one more point, I would without hesitation give it for the extensive and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this B&B. Thank you so much, Beatrice!
