Cabana Serenade

Loved it: we walked into a dream that allowed us to simultaneously feel at home, and back into childhood when we spent summers in the mountains. Corina, Florentin and family are not merely hosting, but rather transforming the experience into a familial visit. They were quick to respond to any of our needs, very accommodating, and wonderful in every sense. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the beds very comfortable. We will return with great joy any time the opportunity presents itself! Thank you for a delightful relaxation experience!!!

My friend and I stopped here on our second day of the Via Transilvanica. We were met with a warm welcome from the lovely owners and were provided with an excellent room for our short stay. The location is great for hikers as it’s nestled right at the foot of the highest elevation gain, so you’re able to push on with lots of energy. I highly recommend, and thank this lovely couple again for all their hospitality.

We initially planned to stay just one night at Cabana Serenade, but the experience was so lovely we ended up staying two! The location is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were truly wonderful: warm, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond to make us feel at home. One especially memorable touch was the piano in the cabin, which our daughter loved playing. It made the stay feel even more special. Highly recommend this place—we’re already looking forward to coming back!
