Gîte du Moulin de Galangau

We spent a week at Isabelle and Pascal's gite, and it was perfect. The location is great, with easy access to lots of hiking trails, local villages and not too far from the coast as well. They have collated lots of really useful information on what to do in the area, including providing high quality (OS) maps for guests to use when heading into the mountains. The gite was adorable, a good size space, and very beautifully designed. It was very well equipped with all the kitchen equipment we needed. It rained on a couple of days we were there but it was cosy and pleasant to stay inside the gite with the woodburner on. Isabelle and Pascal were excellent hosts, who took time to make sure we had everything we needed, answer our questions and give recommendations, and were always prompt to reply when we sent them messages. One day we came back to a bowl of cherries left in the doorstep, collected from the garden from Isabelle. Very warm and kind hosts! 😊 I'd highly recommend staying with Isabelle and Pascal for an authentic Pyrenees experience.

The accommodation was fantastic as was the surroundings, it was very picturesque. Thank you Pascal your taking the time to let us know about activities and walks and also thanks for the great restaurant recommendation.
