Oporto Airport & Business Hotel

The hotel looks new to me as everything in the room was new. The room was spacious enough and the bed was very comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean including my room and the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and the service was exzellent especially at the restaurant. I had only one night to stay at this hotel and it was a very nice stay. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport but you need to order the day before at the Reception. One thing that I have personally not seen before is that the hotel is offering breakfast already from 03:30am. I have been to many airport hotels and I have never seen that before. I recommend this hotel definetly.

Very nice hotel, everyone was polite, courteous, professional and always with a smile. The room was clean, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the shuttle to the airport on time. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel if you have an early flight to catch.

Stayed here for three nights. Very friendly and nice check in... Upon check in requested an iron for 3 of us as needed to work in uniform the following day. Reception advised we would all receive an iron in 10 minutes. After 40 minutes (late night) no iron delivered so I called reception. They asked me to go to reception to collect and only had one iron to share between us... Fair enough.. not a problem... But why not tell me this in the first place... Instead of wasting time waiting... We had been travelling for hours and just wanted to iron and get ready for work the following day... Rooms were exceptionally clean and nice. Lacking any tea or coffee making facilities and water was not sealed as reusable bottle... Breakfast was fine. Service in the bar was slow on final night as too many customers (hotel full) and only 1 person serving in bar and restaurant busy. Had to wait a long time for drinks and service but very friendly... Lack of staff was the issue... not the staff serving. Staff generally were very friendly and helpful but at check out was different... On check out my colleague was late at reception due to finding out our other colleagues grandmother had died and couldn't join us... We were told our pick up time was 7 but arrive 5 mins before... Easier just to say pick up time 655 then? Much easier to remember... When your tired and finished from working all day it's easy to forgot about the 5 mins before bit... I just had the time 7am in my head... Driver was very stressed and when I apologized that our other colleague would not join us as her grandmother had died.... He said 'i don't care' and was very reluctant to let us travel with him.... Told us to wait for 30 mins more but then agreed to take us... This was at 7.02am...Maybe this was a misunderstanding with language but nevertheless very unprofessional and made a bad check out experience... Pick ups from the airport were very efficient. Slightly hard to find pick up area but no big issue. Can also walk to airport. Metro station close by, best to bring coins as machine refused my cards and only accepted coins not notes.
