The team was very kind, helpful and flexible. We went with a 3 years old child, and they prepared for us everyting (crib, high chair, bathrobe, bathtube) to make our holiday easier without any extra fees. The apartment was really nice, tidy and comfy, with a nice wiew to the lake. We highly recommended it.

Really nice, clean and comfy apart hotel, breakfast whit basket was great, lot of choice. There is free garage parking in apartment price. Pool is nice and clean. Everything was great, except the room cleaning, they didn't give us fresh towels for all our stay (3 nights) and they didn't refill bathroom accessories at all, that was odd, never experienced that in hotel, especially in 4* hotel.

Very poor quality of the bed, suppose to be queen/king size bed but it was two single beds joined to one. If I knew this before I would never book the room. There is a problem with hot water in kitchen and there is no extraction fan to pull away cooking odour. Service was great, very friendly staff and location is nice. Sauna and the pool are also very nice and clean.
