They've put barriers along the lakeshore to force people to book this place, even if they don't want to pull out their chairs, open their awnings, or use the electricity. They're clever, using power to their advantage, discriminating among other things. If I simply want to park my vehicle, I should have the same rights as everyone else, especially since they didn't give it to me to go camping, but we paid dearly for it.
