Riverdale Hall Hotel

The warmth of welcome on arrival is a heads up on what this gem of a hotel has to offer. The food is outstanding, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable, and our view was beautiful. The pool and sauna are a bonus. Yes its decor is dated but that kind of adds to its charm. We feel privileged to be a guest in such a warm and welcoming hotel. Every staff member we have met has gone above and beyond, an absolute credit to the hotel. We most definitely will be back to this outstanding hotel .

Stayed here for 2 nights and i must say we were impressed from to the clenliness to the service and all the staff were so lovely always asked how you were the bar is lovely and reasonably priced for a hotel and the girl rebecca who was working in the bar at the time was a really lovely lass. Always attentive and so so friendly we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be definatley back again.

A three star establishment, some of the communication between staff could have better, caused issues at breakfast and check out with us left feeling confused. Rooms comfortable. Supplementary fees not communicated well enough on email beforehand and when questioned (after paying in a polite way) the lady on the desk did not seem happy. Good enough pub food, breakfast better than evening meal, dog friendly to an extent. Pool very worn with mould on ceiling, fine for kids. Overall fine and for a comfortable stay but don’t expect anything more than its 3 star rating.
