Villa Marta, Frigiliana

The place is what you can expect from the pictures BUT the service associated by the society novasol is a nightmare : we rented the place in February the only way to heat the place was the fireplace but there was NO WOOD included means we had to go buy at the supermarket and carry it home it was about 30€/day for a barely confortable temperature. after calls and emails to the company they didn't care at all and more they were not even kind... A portable gaz heater is provided but it smells bad and you can't let it on while sleeping. No heater in the bathroom by the time we were there it was 6° C at night plus the hot water tank is very small so you can't even take a bath it may be nice in summer (no AC) but our experience with the heating and the customer service was really bad

A very quiet villa with a beautiful pool and stunning views over the valley. The drive to the house is a bit adventurous, but you can get there. A very friendly gardener, Pepe, checks on the plants and the pool twice a week and is happy to do minor repairs. The lovely village of Frigiliana is about 10 minutes away. A car is essential. Since we landed very early in the morning, I asked if it was possible to arrive a little earlier. A few days before our arrival, I received a WhatsApp message informing me that the villa was available and a video showing where the key was located. Everything worked out perfectly. Any questions I had via WhatsApp were answered quickly and courteously. It's a very peaceful house. There are four sun loungers with cushions and a parasol, as well as a table by the pool, also with a parasol, and an outdoor shower. I would book this house again in a heartbeat. We also had to leave very early for our departure, but I was able to easily "hide" the key again. I even sent a video of this to the owner. Even though we didn't meet her, it was a very pleasant experience.

Very nice holiday home with private pool. Very well equipped for a holiday home for 4 people. Large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with bathtub) large living room with fireplace.
