B&B Jasmin

The owner is amazing, took such good care of us. The rooms are basic but nice, well equipped and clean. The shower is good and modern. Breakfast is simple but nice, with cookies and pastries, yogurt, jam etc. There are many amenities if you need them - a small kitchen, board games, complementary snacks and hot drinks.

The B&B is located near the motorway, through typical Italian alleyways. It is lovingly and warmly run. The rooms are very functional yet decorative. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, served very privately in the lounge. There's even a garden. Thank you for your hospitality.

I'm giving one star because I can't give less. We're leaving from Milan with a reservation confirmed by Laura Jasmine. We arrive at the B&B and there's no one there, so I call the lady who tells me she has no more rooms available. Somewhat surprised, I ask her who confirmed the reservation, and she says she doesn't know. I mean, excuse me, we spoke and she told me there was availability. I gave her my information via WhatsApp, I have her confirmation message. I'm leaving from Milan and she tells me she has no room and that she doesn't know who confirmed the reservation for me??? Is everything okay?? Are you changing jobs? I'm wasting time and money on gas and highway tolls to hear me say I don't know?? Please!!!
