Hotel Corona de Padrón

I’ve been to many hotels in Spain. This one is remodeled and fresh and clean. It should be amazing. But the staff is truly uncaring and appears utterly indifferent. It’s not like they are rude, they just don’t engage. The food is perhaps a notch above terrible which doesn’t help. I’ve rarely been to a beautiful hotel with such terrible service and whoever runs this place has built a culture entirely at odds with a service culture.

The hotel is pretty. Renovated. But not working climate system, impossible to get warm in the room. Very cold ❄️ at winter... Breakfast just POOR 💩 - they off coffee machine because we've been big group of people. Frayed eggs, cheap sausage's, some cheese and ham. That's it No vegetables at all.

Lovely hotel and the staff are right on top of every detail. The front desk suggested three excellent restaurants and helped with luggage. The room has a large terrace, with a full table and chairs and even though it's surrounded by other buildings, there is still a lot of light and breeze.
