The room is big and comfortable If you intend to stay more than a day or two don’t bother,as there is very little little space to keep your clothes. More importantly this place promotes itself under false pretences: 1. Breakfast is not included. They say in the room as tea and coffee are provided: No coffee!.3 teabags, 6 sugars. No UHT ,or of any kind milk. 4 old biscuits 2 No shared kitchen. 3 .they advertise a washing machine. Nothing. 4 .WiFi is awful. 5 I do speak Spanish/English & Italian?which is just as well, because the lady that answered the phone only speaks Italian. If you want to stay for a few days in Aosta, find a holiday flat. It just may be cheaper.

Located in the city center, this property is convenient for exploring the city and easily accessing restaurants, shops, and pedestrian areas. However, it is less suitable as a base for mountain excursions. Among its strengths are the private parking and the truly pet-friendly service, both included in the price: a rare and always appreciated detail. The small outdoor courtyard is also pleasant, well-maintained and perfect for those traveling with their dog, who can roam independently in a safe space. The exterior conveys a refined and pleasant impression, while the interiors appear simpler, with medium-quality furnishings and no particular character. Breakfast is less convenient, as it is not available on-site: the nearest bar is about a ten-minute walk away, which is inconvenient, especially in the winter months. It would also be helpful to have information on city services in the room. The request to leave the tourist tax (€2 per day) in cash directly in the room is not very elegant. The heating, although not adjustable, is efficient and ensures good thermal comfort. Note on the price: reconsider. The current rate appears slightly excessive compared to the overall offering and should be better aligned with the actual standard of the facility.

Stayed for a week over New Year's Eve. Room 1 was spacious and welcoming, cleaned daily by a kind lady, and there was a well-equipped shared kitchen in the basement. Excellent location in the center of Aosta. A plus: 5 indoor parking spaces. Very good.
