Appartamento Luxury

We booked through Booking.com because the photos looked so nice, it even had a jacuzzi in the room. We arrived at night when it was raining and it was very cold, it must have been 5°C. We went in and the entrance to the kitchen was completely flooded because water was coming in through the front door; there wasn't even a rag to scoop it up. We went in and it was freezing cold. So I grabbed the air conditioning remote and the heat pump wasn't working. I turned on the TV and that didn't work either because the batteries were dead, so we went to bed. In the morning, we turned on the jacuzzi and after 15 seconds, we were flooded because the faucet was leaking, so we gave up. We went to the bathroom to take a shower and found it even colder; there wasn't even an electric radiator. We got in the shower and the water wouldn't go down and shortly after it started overflowing out of the shower tray. We were forced to dry ourselves with towels, having nothing else, not to mention the shower head/handset variator that I was left with because it was broken. We call the owner, showing off the arrangements and cleanliness, and she sends a woman to change the batteries and mop up the water on the floor, and everything else stays as it was. All this fuss for only 75 euros a day... Absolutely not, don't book, don't waste your money.
