Lagrange Vacances - Le Domaine des 100 Lacs

The rooms and furnitures are outdated, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, deformed by wear and tear, the sofa bed is tilted on side. The bathtub is in poor condition, the radiators are so old that the paint is peeling, and the tiles are broken. The stairs at the end of the building seem to never been cleaned. Despite this state of room and building, the resort asks for a €300 security deposit on arrival. Our room had a leak under the refrigerator, and we complained about it every day at reception, but nothing was done. One day, instead of fixing the leak, they turned off the cold water, and we had to wash the dishes with hot water only. The hotel staff were negligent and failed to react quickly to repair the leak. Water had seeped under the refrigerator, posing a risk of electrocution, as the cooktop was located directly above it. We were forced to cook in a pool of water and mop it up every 15 minutes. This hotel should be removed from the list of 3-star establishments, as it absolutely does not deserve it.

Welcome and staff very warm and friendly unfortunately beds not very comfortable apartment are clean but not really cosy

Dcenet enough acccomadation, a little too far from the ski lift. Staff were quite rude on departure day. There is a very steep hill approaching the complex and parking is inadequate, the pool was cold and small and there are very few on site facilities, no restaurant or bar.
