Recently renovated rooms, clean and tidy. Beautiful peace and quiet in the Bavarian countryside. Floor heating in the bathroom. A great base to visit Bad Tölz and Chiemsee. The wifi is a little slow but that's to be expected: you are in the countryside.

Very nice location, in the middle of the nature (you need to come with car as it's not in the city). Here you can really relax and enjoy nature sounds. The apartment is really very nice. Furniture is in a nice wooden style, looks like new and you have everything you need. There are also attractions for kids outside (trampoline, swing, goats).

We were a group of 7 people. The flat was very clean and very nice. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend!
