We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place and truly enjoyed every minute of it. You can really feel the love and care the hosts put into the property-it made our time there feel extra special. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable three-week stay. One small thing to mention: during very hot weather, the second floor can get quite warm, even at night, which made sleeping a bit less comfortable. Adding an air conditioner upstairs would be a great improvement for future guests. Thank you again for a memorable stay!

This is simply a wonderful place to stay for a true Italian experience. Good for a couple or small group. All will have private and quiet housing. Walking among the grape vines , olive and hazelnut trees is always a treat. The pool area is always clean and offers a beautiful view of the medieval city of Capranica. Christina is a wonderful host and is always available when needed. Local shopping is close by.

La casa é in una proprietà protetta e circondata da coltivazioni di ulivi, nocciole e vigne. Il posto é incantevole e tranquillo. La casa molto comoda, spazi grandi, soggiorno con cucina ben attrezzata e caminetto. La camera ed il bagno sono al primo piano, con scala comoda. Inoltre dispone di giardino con tavolo, sedie e sdraio. La proprietaria Cristina è molto gentile e disponibile. Non si può veramente chiedere di più, é un posto che consiglio vivamente.
