Loris is the BEST!!! My booking was in July for 3 days only for the family cave room. This room is incredible, spacious, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view! Everything about this property is beautiful, from the decor to the perfect location. But honestly, the absolute best part of my stay was Loris! From the moment I arrived until the end of my short stay, Loris went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She organized the best boat excursions, helped me get tickets to trek between townships, and shared so many local tips and recommendations that helped me make the most of my short visit. Even after I left, when I realized I had lost an item, she went out of her way to check shops around town trying to help me find it. Although it wasn’t recovered, her kindness and effort truly touched me, she went far beyond what anyone could expect. I’ll absolutely be coming back to stay here again, not only because of the property’s perfect location and beauty, but because of Loris. She made me feel cared for and welcome, and turned a great stay into an unforgettable experience. She’s the reason I’ll be a long-term customer! Loris is AMAZING! Thank you again for all you did for me those 3 days and sorry for the delay in review but I'll be back one day again!!

The host at the hotel was so very nice, genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and enjoy Manarola. The room was great, simple, but well appointed and nicely decorated; spotless. The shower was the biggest of all the hotels we stayed over a two week trip. Really enjoyed the location (you get used to the inclines pretty quickly - you have no choice!) and all of the recommendations (excellent restaurants), especially the fun sunset cruise our last night. A very memorable vacation; if we ever do go back to Cinque Terre to finish the leg between Corniglia and Manarola, (we hope we get the opportunity), we would definitely stay here again. We did walk between most of the towns (Montorosso to Vernazza, Vernazza to Corniglia, Manarola to Rio Maggiore), including a walk up to Volastra and back to Manarola. Overall, we had a great time and the hotel we chose made it very easy to do all that. Very lucky to have had this experience with a genuinely nice host.

Shout out to the sweet girl in reception who helped me with my bags and directions to the dismal Il Sogno di Manarola by The First - Luxury Rooms at the top of the hill. My family stayed at 5 Terre Pelagos and although the rooms were basic and small, they were clean, with nice bath and access to a patio with a wonderful view of water and the town square. In a vertical town, this place was high enough and still accessible
