Incredible food. Gorgeous sauna overlooking the mountains. Comfortable beds. Would highly recommend- this was our favourite rifugio of the trip!

The service is so bad, First when we checked in the owner i think he treated us like animals, I think he is the owner and the cashier and the front disk guy and he is working for everything, he brought someone who speaks English he have some manners not like the owner who is really really bad , they told us that the dinner time was at 7, we went to eat dinner at that time and I asked the owner do you have any kind of pizza he said no , I told him thanks then i will go back to my room , when I walked away he raised his middle finger to me but to avoid any problems I ignored him. I don’t suggest this hotel to anyone outside of Italy because they only treats their own own a good behavior bur the tourist the treats them like animals. STAY AWAY FROM THEM , THEY ARE DANGEROUS PEOPLE

We wanted to have our lunch on restaurant terasse but the staff refused to sit outside even if we offered to bring it out ourselves. Bad attitude and service so we left for an other restaurante.
