Eype's Mouth Country Hotel

We had a lovely stay. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and comfortable, handwritten welcome note and cake, lovely delicious touch. Great location with great views. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was very good quality and delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely return.

Great little hotel I arrived after a very long hike and was met with a warm welcome at the reception. I booked a single room but was upgraded to a double which was much appreciated. The room was cosy and comfortable, with a big smart tv. Dinner in the bar was reasonably priced and good - glad there was a decent vegan option. Breakfast was also great, I appreciated the variety of the buffet. Overall, an excellent place to stop on a long hike - I hope i didn't leave any mess from my muddy boots!

Stayed one night for a family get together. Had an excellent meal. Staff were fantastic. Brilliant breakfast. Unfortunately no hot water in our shower Room 4. Apparently you need to turn it full on to activate so maybe a notice stating this would help. Duvet rather too heavy and no side light by the tea making area. The road down to the hotel is a single track with passing areas that are too narrow and not enough of them. However that aside it is a great hotel with wonderful view and outside area.
