RESIDENCE TRENKER

Just avoid this place. We were running late due to the road traffic, and the host canceled our 3-days-long reservation just few hours before our arrival. Therefore we had to look for the new accommodation in the overbooked region, at 9 pm in the evening, having a small child on board. This meant stress, overpaying and a need to rearrange the whole vacation. We reported this host to the platform we used for booking, so that the other travelers could avoid this property.

Had a great couple nights here, the family is friendly, and the breakfast is very large!

Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare in questa struttura perché i gestori sono delle persone davvero molto arroganti, oltre che dei grandi maleducati. Avevo prenotato una camera per me e la mia compagna ,poi purtroppo lei si è ammalata e non siamo potuti partire , perciò abbiamo chiesto loro un rimborso totale o almeno parziale , o in alternativa di congelare questa notte per una data a venire, dato che tenevamo tanto ad andarci. Mi hanno trattato molto male ingiustamente e ovviamente hanno rifiutato ogni mia proposta di gestire questo imprevisto. La prenotazione era tramite Booking perciò mi sono rivolto alla loro assistenza affinché facessero da tramite , sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili , peccato che anche loro sono stati trattati malissimo senza alcun motivo. Morale della favola abbiamo perso il costo ( elevato ) della notte perché la mia compagna non è stata bene , senza possibilità di replica. Non prenotate assolutamente perché se vi capita un imprevisto , siete spacciati !!!!
