Great views and just a short walk into Mousehole. Very well equipped cottage with nice garden with deck that is a sun trap. Completely dog friendly and very responsive host . EV charging point was real bonus .

Just had our 4th year at the Sand piper gorgeous stay as always everything you need. Always clean and tidy upon arrival hence why we've stayed 4 years running! Not to far away from all the places to visit and Mousehole is a stunning place and captured my heart ♥️ as soon as we arrived. Thank you Simon for another gorgeous hoilday stay. Good, clean holiday accommodation, with stunning views over Mousehole and out to sea. Has everything you need in the cottage and a decent deck for chilling out on. Good value. Only thing to be aware of is the road from cottage to Mousehole or up to Paul (and over to Newlyn / Penzance) is really tight and steep so if you've got a dodgy clutch or don't like hill starts.......!
