Starhotels Michelangelo

We were looking to stay in Rome for the rugby and decided we could splash out a little bit for a hotel which was in a good location. The greeting on reception was very friendly, and that set the tone where the members of staff were all great and very customer oriented. We really liked our room with a balcony which felt quite luxurious We paid for breakfast which was excellent but it was a shame that the Dome Restaurant seemed quiet in the evening. After busy days watching rugby and sight seeing a drink in the bar was the perfect ending. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t definitely come back for our next Rome trip

Can't knock this hotel at all. Stayed here for 4 nights and not only are the rooms lovely but the staff are wonderful. Unfortunately ran into an issue whilst on holiday and the entire team were really accommodating and helpful. To the team at Starhotels Michealangelo, mi dispiace per il mio Italiano, ma grazie per tutto. They even got the TV up and going again for Sanremo. Grazie mille!

Excellent location and very comfortable stay. The only issue was an unexpected small charge during the night without prior explanation. More transparency about additional charges would be appreciated. Overall, a hotel we would gladly return to.
