Terrific, quaint hotel for the budget-conscious traveller! Decor from another era was charming. My tiny room was spotless with a comfortable single bed, a sink, and a wardrobe. If you don’t need a tv and coffee pot and don’t mind a shared shower in the hallway, you can’t beat the location, great value, warm welcome, and cleanliness here.

A rare find these days… because it's 100% authentic! The best value for money, by far! Simple but homemade food, rustic but functional and clean room. The shared toilet and shower on the landing, as well as the decor, might seem unusual in 2026, but it gives you the feeling of being at your grandparents' house!

I just stayed at this hotel and my experience was more than mixed. The establishment is quite old-fashioned, completely stuck in the past. This might appeal to some, but you really have to be a fan of this style. The location is rather nice and remains, in my opinion, the main positive point. On the other hand, the interior layout leaves much to be desired: the sink is directly in the room while the toilet is outside. In practical terms, this poses a real hygiene problem since you have to touch the door handles after using the toilet before you can wash your hands. The overall organization also seems complicated. The woman who manages the hotel often appears overwhelmed, and it's rare to find someone at reception. The most problematic point, however, remains what happened to me on the day of my departure. It is clearly stated on the document behind the room door that it must be vacated by noon. I had therefore paid for my night knowing that I could stay until noon. However, at 10:27 a.m., there was a knock at my door informing me that I had to leave the room at 10:30 a.m. "as an exception." I was literally thrown out, barely awake, without apology, without a valid explanation, and above all, without any respect for the stated time. The least they could have done was inform me upon arrival that I would have to leave earlier. You can't advertise a 12:00 p.m. checkout and then, without warning, demand a 10:30 a.m. departure on the same day. A minimum of organization and communication would have prevented this very unpleasant situation. In short: a pleasant location, but the organization and service leave much to be desired.
