Hotel Bouton d'Or - Courmayeur

Hotel Boton d’Or is a hotel I can warmly recommend. The location is outstanding, with direct access to the ski lift. With over 30 years of experience traveling in the Alps, I can confidently say that this hotel offers everything one could wish for. The layout is thoughtfully designed, featuring a convenient garage and a private entrance directly from the slopes, leading into a well-organized ski room with all necessary facilities, including boot dryers—an invaluable detail before a day of skiing. The entire hotel maintains a very high standard of cleanliness and aesthetics. The wellness and sauna area is spacious and includes two saunas with different temperatures, as well as two hot tubs offering different water temperatures. The staff are exceptionally helpful and professional. We were three families with numerous requests, including restaurant and lunch reservations, and the team assisted us with great enthusiasm and genuine kindness. Breakfast, which can often be a challenge for families with gluten allergies, was excellent and catered to everyone’s needs. The rooms were spacious and well-designed for our family of four. In summary, Hotel Boton d’Or is an exceptionally complete property that I can highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bouton d’Or. It’s a very cozy and charming hotel with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is beautiful, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was excellent, offering delicious local specialties that were both tasty and beautifully presented. The rooms are neat, very clean, and well maintained. We also really appreciated the perfect shuttle service to the piste, it takes only about five minutes by bus, and they run back and forth all day, which makes everything very easy. The spa looks fantastic, stylish, luxurious, and a great place to relax after skiing. Above all, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which truly makes the experience special. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this hotel in Courmayeur and couldn’t have asked for more. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. We were there for skiing, and everything was perfectly arranged — the hotel’s shuttle service takes you straight to the ski slopes whenever you need, which made our days effortless and enjoyable. The location is excellent, just next to the charming town centre, making it easy to enjoy walks, shops, and restaurants after a day on the slopes. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, with great quality and variety, and the sauna was the perfect way to relax after skiing. Our room was very comfortable and offered a beautiful view over the mountains — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. An exceptional stay from start to finish. We truly felt at home and cannot wait to return next year. Highly recommended.
