Very understanding and accommodating approach. I had to cancel my reservation on the way to the hotel because my son had a skiing accident. Even though the hotel was entitled to 100% of the price, they accepted the cancellation and did not charge me the cancellation fee. Really positive news on this difficult day. Thank you very much.

A charming location, ample car parking and a warm welcome. Large comfortable room with minibar and hot shower, with small balcony to enjoy gardens and birdsong. Choice of several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast tasty and varied. Top marks

Very nice people who really care for their customers well-being. The building is beautiful and has modern commodities which still feel to go together well with the older style furniture and architecture. Our rooms were cleaned daily and done with care and professionally without touching our belongings. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend this place to anyone. The town itself is also beautiful and people here are nice and welcoming.
