Ca' Du Tu

We had wonderful 3 days in Ca Da Tu. The garden view is so peaceful and quiet. We traveled with our car from Spain to see Ligurian coast line, Genoa and Milano and it was a great to rest in here. The hosts are very kind people. Especially Luca’s mom is a very lovely woman. She has left fresh pastries in the kitchen everyday as a surprise. The place is so clean and big, they also did room/home cleaning everyday. This is definitely a hidden gem in the heart of the forest. It is a place that combines wonderful host, location, comfort and cleanliness! We were so happy to stay in here. I hope we’ll visit this beautiful place again! Grazie.

Terrible experience. The owner is rude and promises services he doesn't deliver, as well as easily raising the tone of the discussion when we make requests. He even threatened to kick us out because we complained about the lack of drinking water in the house. He replied that we could drink from the tap. The breakfast, if you're doing the Alta Via, is completely inadequate and of poor quality compared to the standards of other accommodations. Its strong point is the price, where he's not ashamed to ask for a whopping €45 per person for a basement apartment overlooking the highway, whereas the refuges just above it will also provide dinner for that price. Well done Luca, keep it up!

We had a wonderful time. The owners are warm and very helpful. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished. The room is large and bright, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We will gladly return.
