Seahorses

Snotty neighbour who woke us up by banging doors in the room adjoining ours at 5 am. It’s described as a cottage but is anything but a cottage. Difficult to get the car in the parking bay due to the neighbour the other side have a big heap of mud in the driveway. For the price it’s not value for money. We were palmed off with this “cottage 🤣🤣” we had booked a cottage in Charlestown then last minute given the housing estate new build. Very disappointed to say the least.

Had this booked since March for our friends 30th. 3 couples heading to Cornwall to spend the weekend together. Few hours before we were meant to check in the host phoned to advise that she had double booked us! She the proceeded to think it was ok to offer a 2 bed property instead and provide a blow up mattress. Absolute joke. Poor organisation on her part. We managed to get a late booking elsewhere but this was no thanks to her!

Good sized cottage with three rooms,a Kitchen, living room and dining room. Towels provided. Ensuite bathroom for one room,with shared toilet and bathtub- hand held shower, as well as a separate toilet downstairs. Bring your own toiletries. Dish washer, washing machine and big fridge/freezer. double oven, toaster and kettle with a gas hob too. Saucepans mostly ok, but the frying pan was terrible and I didn't use it. Others have left washing up liquid for dishes(as have we), but shops very short drive away to stock up on food and other essentials that you haven't brought. Private beach with access code on fridge, map outside on patio. The light at the entrance doesn't work, so it's a bit dark whilst you try to fumble with key. Big key is for the back door to patio. Comfortable beds.
