Restaurant review only. On a good day, the view is superb. Stopped by for lunch after walking the dog. Friendly and professional service. The food (Jackfruit Burger with sweet potato fries and Red Lentil Dal) were very tasty. Nothing to complain about. We’ve eaten here many times before, and will continue to do so.

Stayed last weekend with 5 other couples for our annual weekend getaway. We were lucky with some existing snow and blowing snow during our stay, made for a nice atmosphere! I want to call out Victoria, she was very friendly and patient with us taking over the main "living room" area before dinner and she was also very helpful with our dinner for 12. The was excellent, a bit of a wait for some courses but the dining room was pretty full. All the dishes I tasted were well-prepared and fresh. The free breakfast had a nice selection of food for everyone. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I can't say anything about the view as we had snow and fog! It would be nice if they would add a sauna, would be perfect in the cooler months.

Restaurant has a nice, but not amazing, view. Hackbraten is a Swiss and German meatloaf made from ground meat, typically a mixture of beef and pork. The Swiss version uses soaked bread or breadcrumbs, along with eggs, to keep the loaf moist. It is seasoned with onions, garlic, and herbs, then oven-roasted until browned.
