Beeson Farm Holiday Cottages South Devon

We had a wonderful week in The Shippon, one of the Beeson Farm Cottages, perfect for our small family. The site is very calm, with a lovely heron by the pond each morning to say hello to and a play area for my kids. A nice seating area outside allowed the lovely evenings to be enjoyed and the courtyard was a great place for my kids to run around in. The location is rural but well placed to visit lots of different beaches. My kids went surfing and horse riding, both within half an hour drive from the cottage. The accommodation itself was lovely with big wooden beams and original stone walls of the farm buildings. I would definitely recommend Beeson Farm Cottages as a base to explore beautiful South Devon.

A perfect stay at the Bull House, Beeson Farm Cottages We had a fabulous time staying at the Bull House- it was just me, my son and our two dogs, and it was was absolutely perfect for us. My parents live nearby and had a house full of other family members, so having our own space close by worked out brilliantly. The bull House felt really spacious for the two of us (plus the dogs!), and I loved having a four poster bed- such a treat! One evening, we had the whole family over for a takeaway, and the holiday let had everything we needed to entertain comfortably. We absolutely love this area-its such a peaceful escape. You can walk to the beach, and there are two fantastic restaurants and a lovely pub nearby. We can't wait to come back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay in The Bull House this week with our two young children. The accommodation was spacious, comfy and thoughtfully appointed, with a bbq and picnic table outside. The cottage owners are super friendly, and the kids loved the games room and play equipment. The cottage was a lovely refuge to come back to after a busy day exploring the local beaches - they were stunning, and surprisingly quiet for peak season. Thank you so much for having us - we’d love to return to this magic corner of Devon.
