Hotel 'Alla Valle di Banne "

Good location near Trieste; safe, secure parking. Homey atmosphere, clean, a/c in the room was welcomed. We were pleasantly surprised by the yummy food for dinner. Nice not to have to seek out a restaurant after a long day driving. Breakfast was (happily) not “Italian.” Instead of just pastries, they offered a rich selection of eggs croissants, muesli, yogurt, etc. With all of this, a very good price and excellent overnight stay. .

Love this place. The highlight is the hosts, Marco and Marina, who treat guests like family and are very flexible for whatever you need. The breakfast is great, rooms are very nice and clean, and the outdoor areas are beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. Would be nice to have an extra key with multiple people in a room, but not really a problem. Overall, incredible experience and I will be back!

Family room is very small. Thin walls so you can potentially hear neighbours talking. Free parking is very handy. Breakfast buffet was fine in a spacious setting. Quiet surroundings in a residential area. Friendly reception.
