Sinai House

If you want to stay in Lynmouth, make sure that you stay here. Comfortable bed in a pleasing room, with a great view. Short walk into town a plentiful choice of places to eat dinner (or eat in if you pre-order). Tasty breakfast, with lots of choice. Lovely couple running the place.

Sinai House is just about the perfect B&B. The welcome was warm and friendly and I felt immediately at home. The house itself is lovely and very comfortable. I had a small room at the top which was perfect for the single traveller. The room was well equipped with a very comfortable bed and fantastic sea views. Everything was also very clean and I really did get the feeling the owners would be only too happy to help with any request. I enjoyed a very good breakfast and although I didn't use the honesty bar, there was a decent selection of drinks, especially some interesting gins if that's your tipple. Highly recommended.

This place is an absolute treasure! After a very warm welcome by the owners, I got to stay in a super comfortable and very clean room with an amazing view to the cliffs. The breakfast was an excellent experience with delicious homemade food and a view to the lovely garden. Highly recommend staying at Sinai House!
