This well kept hotel is 15 minutes from La Thuile or Courmayeur, si it's an excellent base for skiing the upper val d'Aosta. We were upgraded to a suite and the room is magnificent! The wellness centre is one of the best I've found in a hotel (and I'm a wellness centre frequent flyer). The restaurant has a wood fired pizza oven and serves nice breakfast and lunch!

Terrible lunch experience. It is a tourist trap….Very small pasta/ravioli portion, which came almost cold. 40 € for ravioli and simple tagliatelle and two cocacola…Very expensive menu (raclette 30€ per person) and no pizza available for lunch. What an old school way of doing business, very disappointing…

I have been visiting Locanda Bellevue since 1986, and there is a reason (perhaps more than one...) for returning each year with pleasure. Friendly service, menu wide enough to satisfy different needs without neglecting the offer of local regional specialties, adequate prices. Long live to "Locanda Bellevue" !
