The building is very modern and well laid out, the room was a good size , clean and with fantastic views of the garden with a swimming pool and views of the mountains. The receptionist Martha was very knowledgeable and one of the better staff, goes out of here way to make you feel welcome, very professional.

This is a massive hotel on the doorstep of Puigcerda. The views from the fourth floor room we had overlooked the valley and mountains and was beautiful! We had breakfast and chose to have lunch in the hotel. The food was great and the service even better! There were however a number of little things that I didn't really like. Firstly, our initial receptionist who checked us in wasn't very welcoming. Secondly, during this period of Covid-19, to find sticky drink marks on a bedside table concerned me. It made me wonder how well the room was cleaned after the previous guests. And finally, the air-con/heater wasn't working. None of these things were serious problems (the air-con might have been if the weather were different), but together they took a little bit of the sparkle away from this impressive hotel.

The location is good and the rooms are clean. Most of the staff are friendly. BUT... The food us terrible. We were a family of 4 and had dinner and breakfast there. The meat was un edible and the salad leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast was quite poor with limited middle quality varieties. It was the 24th of December and all the town was closed as of 1300 so we had no where else to eat. My kids emptied the vending machine which had very limited choices. On the good side the coffee and croissant in the cafeteria are very good but they open limited times per day. For entertainment the have a pool table with old balls and only 2 sticks functioning. 1 euro 💶 per game. An old football ⚽️ table. 1 euro 💶 per game. Also the worst table tennis cheap wood with broken edges and loose net. Not to mention that they only have 2 plastic (yes plastic) rackets. (Free of charge). I would say that you van stay at the hotel but definitely stay away from any food. Go for the view.
