Great service at breakfast. Sheetal is a star :) Popped in for breakfast at 09:15 after a morning walk on a quiet Saturday. Had a fantastic experience. 'All I could eat' table-service & buffet breakfast for £15. With free coffee and refills. Impeccable service. Breakfast was great, with tasty sausages, tomato, perfect poached egg, mushrooms and beans. With continental buffet. Potato scone was the only lowlight. Its an absolutely fantastic location for a walk on the Caledonian canal or Neptune's staircase. Definitely worth a visit. The dinner service menu looks good too!

Superb accommodation for the price (though not a 4 star... and not priced as such)! Wonderfully friendly and welcoming staff, couldn't do enough for our group of five. The pub meal was perfectly fine for the price, and the breakfast superb. Stunning location overlooking Neptune's Staircase!

It’s clean and tidy, but very dated. Lovely views of Ben Nevis and the locks. Food was ok. Shower had to be coaxed into life. But, I must say it was my best nights sleep after moving from the travel lodge!
