Excellent location for enjoying hikes around saas fee without a car . Very comfortable apartments. Clean, all worked well. Washer dryer available. Amazing view from the comfortable balcony.

Good enough apartments. Great view. Beds comfy. Central location excellent and very convenient. Clever pull down beds in lounge. It was pretty dirty, lots of dust and mold up the wall and window. Weird having stools to sit on and not real chairs at the table, when sore from skiing want to have a back to chair. No microwave. Interesting selection of kitchen items provided. Bathroom and kitchen needs major renovations. Shower door didn’t close/open properly. Oven door didn’t close at all making cooking hard. The place had a lack of care about it, graffiti in Hall, old worn carpets. Not proper curtains/blinds on all windows. With location and comfy beds I would stay again though.

The apartment is actually quite nice and practically renovated. Great location, close to the ski lift! The knocking radiator is annoying! The service is poor. Everything is very impersonal. When I reported that several things were missing according to the posted inventory list, they simply mentioned that there's a vacuum cleaner on the 5th floor... great for cleaning. But how am I supposed to cut bread with that? 🤔 They didn't address the issue at all. I had to clean the toothpaste stains on the door myself, left by the previous guest. What a shame about what is actually a lovely property!
