Once again, Christian and team delivered an extraordinary experience, from start to finish. The rooms are stunning, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious. And the property is in a great location for quick access to skiing and hikes with only a short walk. On-site ski and boot storage was also very convenient.

Our stay at Biohotel Castello Königsleiten was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment you arrive, you feel the genuine warmth and friendliness of the entire team. Christian, Eva, Freddy and everyone else truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. The hotel itself is immaculate. Everything is incredibly clean, neat and well organised, and you can clearly feel the care and pride that goes into maintaining the place. The infrastructure is top notch and everything simply works the way it should. The food is outstanding. Every meal feels thoughtful, high quality and beautifully prepared. The bar is wonderfully cozy, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is always friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, the terrace is fantastic, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm, welcoming and authentic. What impressed us most is the constant effort the team makes to accommodate guests and create a great experience. You really feel that they care. There are honestly not enough superlatives to recommend this hotel. In terms of quality, service and friendliness, Biohotel Castello Königsleiten truly stands out. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

From the moment we arrived at Biohotel Castello, the hospitality was very friendly and welcoming. It was drizzling, and they even invited us for a hot drink, such a thoughtful gesture! Our room is clean, cozy and comfortable, perfect after 6 hours of travel from Munich. For dinner we had the Margherita pizza and apple strudel. Both were delicious! But the apple strudel was the highlight, crispy crust, tasty apple filling with a nice balance of sweet and sour, and perfect with whipped cream and ice cream. Even on our first day we were already impressed. A lovely place. Highly recommended!
