Hotel Black Tulip

The rooms and the hotel are in need of a renovation! I don't want to begin with the bathroom experience and hair on the "fresh" linens on the beds.... I don't know how this hotel is a 4-star hotel, on which scale? We found a hair in the eggs while on breakfast... The overall experience is that the hotel is trapped in time and that it doesn't deserve the 4 stars.

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was basic and a bit dated but it was consistent with a 3 star property. The check in was slow as there was only 1 staff member but once we checked in 2 more staff appeared and they all had time to gossip and use their phones. Easy access to the carparking and a suitable location if you have a car

No couple beds, only single bed’s put together, very old toilets and smart tv was Locked so no YouTube/netflix Got itchy with the blankets and could sleep properly. The receptionist tried to miss lead us because she said she Would get us a couples bed room and changed rooms to another with the same problem like if she was just playing with us and covering up our eyes.
