Brugger's Hotelpark am See

Fantastic stay, spacious SPA and rooms, very friendly staff, lovely alpacas

We booked a room with booking.com and had the confirmation few weeks before our arrival. One day prior check in, we got a call to inform us that our reservation was canceled. We had to call twice to receive a written proof of the cancelation. As we were already traveling around, we were left without accommodation which was seriously upsetting and stressing. We asked for a full refund and a substitution via email and called a dozen times, but we had no answer. This is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel.

Wonderful hotel on the lake. Nice large room, great breakfast, parking on site. Did not use pool/spa, but looks really nice.
