Excellent property, beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean rooms with all the amenities. Excellent restaurant with EXCELLENT wood-fired pizza. The staff and owner are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely contact Mr. Franco. Thank you so much and a huge hug.

We (2 families) stayed at the Frank House apartments this weekend. We had a wonderful time. The apartments are recently built, well-furnished, air-conditioned, and have their own bathrooms. They also include a refrigerator and microwave. Parking is included, which is very convenient, as other properties further in the historic center don't offer one. It's just outside Viterbo's historic center, but a 15-20 minute walk away. Alternatively, you can drive and park in one of the many available parking lots. Franco, the owner, and his wife are incredibly friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived, they offered us coffee, even upon departure. His wife was also very friendly. They live downstairs, and on the ground floor of the building they have their own restaurant/pizzeria. This can also be very convenient for guests. The price is also excellent. Definitely recommended, and if we ever return to the area, we'll definitely stay here again. Franco, thank you for everything. Pasquale.

Spacious, new, and clean apartment, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning, convenient for downtown Viterbo and other attractions in Tuscia. The owner is helpful, kind, and friendly. His restaurant/pizzeria below the apartment is convenient and excellent. We had a great time.
