Hotel Saliecho

We had a very Nice Stay at hotel Saliecho Nice Sauna and they let you regulate the temperatura, thats pretty epic. The gym is functional. There should be free infused water on the spa, very important when you mix sauna and gym. The rooms are Nice and comfortable. Definetely the high point of our Stay was the staff of the hotel. Very special thanks to the restaurant team, tha made us feel welcome and at home. Always ready to be of service and with a nice smile. We felt the restaurant service was equivalent to a 10 stars hotel. A big thank you to Maria the hostess of the restaurant, Ana Luz, Santiago, Daniela, José, and the famous eggs chef that treated us with the care and love of a mother. I apriciated deeply the way we were treated by the staff, they make this hotel great!

Had a truly fantastic week with the boys in this magnificent hotel. Sure, the rooms are splendid, the location is unbeatable and the spa is delightful — but what really matters in establishments like this are the people who have the power to make a stay unforgettable. And this is where it truly outdoes itself. From being greeted by the always-smiling Maria, to delighting our taste buds with the delicious omelettes from our favourite “egg lady” (I regret immensely not asking her name — but she gets a photo of her own, forever immortalised here), and the ever-present and attentive Ana Luz, Santiago, Dani and Mestre Jose. We were genuinely blessed to have such an incredible team catering to our every whim while maintaining absolute professionalism throughout. Shame I can only give 5 stars here. Proper recommend. Ah… and Mestre Jose — Hala Madrid!

Arrived at hotel for checkin. Booked online where it clearly showed dogs are allowed. They refused saying dogs aren't allowed. Stuck without hotel for 4 adults at 4pm. Shane on you! Poor service is why the hotel was almost empty. They will refund us but here we are in the middle of nowhere without a room
