Overall: Beautiful apartment in the old town. Leo and Valentina really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Wish we had stayed longer! Positive • Modern, practical, yet homey, with tasteful decorations • Lots of snacks and food items for breakfast in the kitchen. • Very clean and tidy. • Quiet and had best sleep. • Wi-Fi speed more than 100Mbps. • Two separate TVs for the living room and the bedroom. • Responded quickly through Whatsapp for questions and needs. • Half an hour drive from Matera, and within its own old town. Negative: • Parking could be an issue, especially when you arrive late at night, but Leo drove and guided us to find a parking spot nearby and then dropped us off at the apartment. I am guessing the location of the apartment is inside the Travel Limited Zone; although Valentina assured us, I still wonder if we might get a parking violation in the mail a couple months down the road. Parking in Italy is just too tricky for a tourist like me. • The bed may have a weak spring or spot in the center. We found ourselves sinking towards it. Not a big deal, if you are a couple.

Beautiful B&B, very welcoming and comfortable, with attention to every detail and top-notch cleanliness! We had breakfast delivered to our room the night before, right at the appointed time. Delicious croissants! I highly recommend it; the owner is incredibly kind! 😊

The owners are very kind and helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. The apartment is very clean and beautifully furnished. The location is also excellent. There are some great pizzerias, grocery stores, a post office, and bars nearby. The historic center is a 2-minute walk away, and the beach is about a 20-minute drive away. I highly recommend it.
