A beautiful, well-located apartment building very close to the beach (3 minutes) with a wonderful indoor pool for all ages. The apartments are very well-equipped (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine), but the range of pots and pans could be a bit more extensive. The staff is friendly. The complex is quiet, and we will be back. To earn a fifth star, we noticed a few minor issues: *Bed linens and towels: We recommend bringing your own bed linens and towels; the ones provided for a fee are flimsy and not washable. *Visitors: To receive friends in your apartment as visitors (for one hour), they must be registered and given a wristband (like at a campsite). I find this cumbersome and outdated. *Pool opening hours: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM are a bit short (I think they could start an hour earlier and close an hour later without inconveniencing anyone).

It's a very beautiful, quiet residence, with meticulous attention to detail. I came here a few years ago, and now I've returned and found it much improved (a 5-lion rating). In addition to all the kitchen appliances, a microwave has been added, and a washing machine is available in the bathroom. The pool is lovely, with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and is equipped with six hydromassage jets. The sea is just a few meters away, and during the winter they opened a supermarket run by Crai, making it even more convenient. There are assigned parking spaces under the residence. The beach at the residence and their Villa al Mare campsite has both a lounge chair and umbrella area and a free area, a large slide, and another small pool suitable for children within the campsite. Their Villa al Mare restaurant is also located on the beach. This was a very relaxing holiday, with everything you need within easy reach, and the opportunity to enjoy both the sea and the pool.

I would have loved to spend my vacation at this residence, which is why I gave it two stars. I asked to spend a week there, everything was fine, and they sent me a quote. But I noticed on Booking.com that the same week would have cost me €400 less. I called and politely asked for confirmation. They left me waiting for quite a while, and then suddenly all the availability disappeared. Luckily, I took some screenshots. After a good three minutes, they put me through to another person, who was arrogant and presumptuous, saying it was impossible, it doesn't exist, and if I really wanted it, I should have contacted Booking. Let's just say they're clever, but at the same time unprofessional.
