The hotel had a nice view and was clean. There was a free shared kitchen and laundry area, which was very convenient for a longer stay. However, unfortunately, there was no daily room service. Although we booked a 23 m² room with a terrace, the room felt small. The bed was also small and placed very close to the bathroom door. There was no lobby, and if you needed anything, you had to contact the hotel by phone. The nearest parking was about a 10-minute walk away and cost around €50–60 per day. The hotel parking needs to be reserved in advance (€25 per day). We stayed for three nights, and the hotel parking was empty every dat, but the website showed it as fully booked until the following month. I also messaged the hotel support but did not receive any response. The terrace we had was shared with the neighboring room.

If you are single or on a group of friends looking for a base to discover the Alps the location is perfect, near a train station with a supermarket, etc. But if you are with family or looking for a romantic stay, avoid this place. The rooms are small, without a sink or oven, just a microwave, small frigo and a coffee machine, we stayed a week, from Saturday to Saturday and had 0 cleaning, not even a floor mop or a trash removal. Also the swimming pool is paid separately, at 25chf for 2 hours, but, they are closed most of the time including Sundays and holidays.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel deserves 5 stars in every single aspect, but the cleanliness truly stood out. The room was impeccable (and smelled great!), and the common areas were maintained at an impressive standard of hygiene. It's a relief and a pleasure to stay in a place where the care for cleanliness is taken so seriously. Congratulations to the entire housekeeping and maintenance team! We will definitely be back!
