Visited on 24th February 2026 Visited there for snow and sledging not for the hotel. This is a wonderful place I must say the first chairlift run to mountain top was scenic and amazing. These chairlift is open for everyone so you can use it even as a foot passenger. The ticket with return was £20 pp. There was a different ticket for the people who came for skiing and boarding as they have to take another chairlift from there to the next mountain top for skiing. There were sledging boards available for free even with the £20 ticket and you can do sledging as much as you wish. There are washrooms and a cafe next to the car park and then you have another cafe once you reach the first mountain top using common chairlifts. There is a small ticket for the car park however I doubt whether it is mandatory because they have mentioned it as a car park donation. Well worth the money and travel there.

Currently here in my camper. It's a £5 donation to stay in the carpark overnight but I really think they need to start charging with tickets as I have seen on social media people aren't paying ( that's just embarrassing) There's toilets, water, showers £1, drying room and sink to wash pots and the views are stunning. I would put this as the Best camper stop over I have ever been to. It's fantastic

Lovely visit over the weekend. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at 4pm had some nice food in the cafe amd spent the night in our camper van in the car park. Its £5 to park for the night that can be paid into the honesty box. I was disappointed to see a social media post from the management that this very reasonable donation for overnight parking is not being followed by a large element of the camper van and motor home community PLEASE PAY if you are parking for the night and help support this place as a business. We got up early and had breakfast in the cafe before heading up on the chair lift to do some sledging, weather was cold but lovely blue sky's with breathtaking views. I would recommend getting there early as by mid day the sledging was very, had a coffee and hot chocolate before we headed back down. Great place to visit
