From the photos and online reviews (and the price!), we expected much more. We booked for 3 nights... unfortunately, the weather was bad: the B&B is isolated from everything and everyone, so there wasn't much to do. This obviously isn't the host's fault. The key issue was the cleanliness of the property: absolutely inadequate. Cobwebs and dust everywhere: when we decided to leave a day early (I'm allergic to dust and couldn't get any sleep due to my allergic asthma), we mentioned it to the owner, who responded, "Oh well, oh well, it's normal, we're in the countryside." On our penultimate day, we were left without electricity and water for at least 4 hours: we were forced to go elsewhere to wash. We informed the owner, and no alternative was offered; we were simply dismissed with, "Well, it happens." Breakfast was embarrassing, self-service. Counted coffee pods, stale and dated biscuits, soggy croissants left on the breakfast table from the night before, all stuck to the napkin. I don't know what else to add. I wouldn't recommend this establishment.

Beautiful villa in a quiet yet ideal location for visiting Castell'Arquato, Gropparello, and Grazzano Visconti. There are also two restaurants within walking distance. The owner was truly kind and accommodating to our requests.

Very beautiful property, fantastic pool and garden. Everything was well-kept, and the owners were very welcoming and friendly, and gave us lots of tips on where to eat and what to see.
