Hotel Restaurant Rosatsch

We had an absolutely delightful Christmas stay at Hotel Rosatsch. This was our very first time visiting the area, and it was a bit of a spur-of-the-moment booking while travelling in Italy from London — we decided to chase a white Christmas, and wow… did we get lucky! 🎄❄️✨ The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Pontresina, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere. The premises are beautiful, tastefully decorated in a classic cosy Swiss style, and kept spotlessly clean. There’s so much to enjoy for the whole family, from the wellness area and pool to the kids’ playroom. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and a lovely place to relax after a day out. But the true highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone — from reception to restaurant staff, to the wellness centre team — was genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive to every little detail. Their warmth and care made our stay feel extra special and truly memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team at Hotel Rosatsch. We couldn’t have asked for a better first visit, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rosatsch. From the first moment, everything felt thoughtfully planned with genuine care and warmth. The hospitality was outstanding — excellent service, delicious food, spotless spa, and a friendly, attentive team and the personal involvement of the hotel manager Ralph - all of these truly made our stay unforgettable.

Hotel Rosatsch is very good old hotel with big rooms, comfortable beds, clean all around, and excellent responsive staff. While we didn't use it, the room thoughtfully had a day pack for hiking. Breakfast, included in rate, was very good with quality ingredients. Also we had dinner at the Restaurant and all things ordered were delicious though portion sizes were a bit small. They provide courtesy pick and drop to station - just informed them before. This was very helpful.
