Moov Hotel Lisboa Oriente

The building appears new, and the rooms are modern and visually appealing and clean however, my sleep was disrupted due to poor temperature control in the room—it was consistently too hot. The bed was equipped only with a heavy blanket and no top sheet, making it uncomfortable: sleeping with the blanket was too warm, but removing it left me cold. A standard bedsheet, as found in most hotels, along with a properly functioning room temperature control system, would have made a significant difference. I attempted to open the windows, but this resulted in excessive noise and an uncomfortably cold room. Overall, the lack of basic comfort features led to miserable nights of sleep!. The hotel could do better

Hotel is clean and modern (“ikea style”). The road/area isn’t the best with many buildings empty and smashed up, however not far from the river and shopping centre/train station. HOWEVER, hotel cancelled my booking on the day of arrival despite having my card on file.. then charged me 3times the room rate for one night and then couldn’t honour the rest of the booking- I was left to walk the streets looking for a room (it was a very busy time in Lisbon)! I’ve lodged complaints and the management are not interested despite acknowledging they had the booking and card, I therefore cannot recommend this place and will be using the nearby Tivoli going forward!

The hotel is very easy to access via Cabo Ruivo station, check in was smooth. The room was modern and comfy yet had no kettle or coffee maker. During the night the temperatures heated a bit up (even with the AC turned off). The check out was easy as we only had lo drop the paper card with the room pin and wifi code in a check out box at the reception. At all a good experience for a night between two flights. There is supermarket super close by (pingo doce, open until 9pm) which is super handy. Enjoy your stay!
