First time here for a skii weekend and we booked a 10 person Chalet which was above everything we imagined. Clean, spacious and has everything you need from the essentials. The sauna is an added benefit and it was perfect after a whole day of skiing. You can order fresh baked bagels to be delivered in the morning, only caveat is you need to put the order before 10am on the day before. For kids there is a complementary swimming pool area together with a playing club with pool and table tennis. Landal also has access to a skiing piste 11 so you don’t need to even drive your car anywhere. Definitely coming back here again.

The apartment itself was acceptable. We had a two-bedroom apartment, which was practical for a family stay. We also paid for additional child-friendly amenities such as a baby bathtub, high chair and play equipment, which we appreciated in theory. However, several important aspects of the stay were disappointing and not in line with the price we paid. First of all, the cleanliness was below expectations. Additionally, we were provided with only one parking space, the apartment building has no elevator, and all luggage had to be carried up the stairs, which is particularly inconvenient when travelling with small children. Basic necessities were missing from the apartment: there was no salt or pepper, no hand soap, only one roll of toilet paper, and one towel per person. If we needed additional towels (which is quite normal when staying with children), the rental cost was €12.50 per set (one large towel and one small face towel). The apartment had a fireplace for heating, but no firewood was provided. Firewood had to be purchased separately for €7.50–€10, and even then, the fire could not be properly started because the wood was too large. We also had to buy fire starters and matches ourselves. At checkout, we received a message stating that the apartment had to be cleaned by us: bed linen had to be removed, trash taken out, floors tidied, and all dishes washed and put away. Checkout was by 10:30 a.m., and we were also instructed to adjust to reception working hours and come there in person to settle payments. Frankly, I find it unreasonable that when travelling with small children and paying over €300 per night, guests are expected to clean the apartment, strip beds, and manage household chores. This raises the question of what exactly is included in the price. For this level of cost and effort, I would personally choose a hotel next time, where service, comfort, and basic amenities are included and the stay truly feels like a holiday.

Not recommended! We’ve been coming to Bad Kleinkirchheim for a few years now and this apartment rental has been the worst. They don’t have any handsoap for the toilets/bathrooms and they don’t include towels (they rent the towels for a cost of 13€ per person).. And they expect 6 people to manage with two toilet paper rolls the whole week. No kitchen towels and they give you only two trash bags for the whole week. You only get one parking space per apartment, while other apartments in the area offers two per apartment. Would highly recommend other apartments in the area, and to avoid this company.
