Don’t believe the fake reviews from influencers who are paid to say the hotel is great and who get the best rooms and services for free. When you actually have to pay, it becomes clear they don’t really know how to run tourism properly. At the reception, they don’t even know their own offerings. Wellness reservations are either not recorded or they claim they don’t exist — even though you booked the time they themselves suggested. They don’t admit when they make a mistake and leave you waiting for half an hour thinking they will fix the issue. Then they tell you that what you reserved three days earlier is “not possible today.” I understand that mistakes can happen, but you should admit them — not lie and avoid responsibility just to make money, which in the end you didn’t even get. On the positive side, the wine bar looks excellent.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Yesterday we called the hotel and booked an appointment for a massage today at 5:00 PM. When we arrived on time, we were informed that, due to an internal mistake, two appointments had been booked for the same time slot and our massage could not be done. The issue was only discovered upon our arrival, and no adequate solution was offered. As a result, we went there for nothing and wasted our time.

4 stars must be on a 20-star scale?! The rooms have definitely seen better days – cracks and stains on the walls, old furniture, smelly and even dead insects. Yellow worn-off blankets. We specifically requested a king-sized bed, but were given a twin room instead. Parking is advertised as included, but it’s an extra 5 € per day. The swimming pool is included, but using the sauna costs 14 € per person. Breakfast is part of the deal, yet if you want coffee with plant milk, that’s another 2 €. Why bother claiming things are included if you nickel-and-dime guests for basic options? Overall, the hotel feels misleading and outdated. I regret booking this place.
